Training

We can train your people to optimise the use of digital credentials by sharing our approach to designing credentials that earners want to earn and share. We have based our training course, “How to design impactful digital credentials” on our approach. The course has the following objectives:

  • Understand the Open Badge standard and associated eco-space, its potential and promise, and how digital credentials can be built on it
  • Use a design framework to target and scope credentials to deliver specific business outcomes
  • Apply best practice to design digital credentials that count for issuers, earners and consumers
  • Understand the importance of the need to be able to empathise with the various stakeholders in the eco-space in order to design credentials that have value and are appealing
  • Understand the operational implications of digital credentials and what is involved in creating, publishing, validating and issuing them at scale
  • Advocate the use of digital credentials in their organisation, being able to recognise when they are likely to deliver benefit.

On successful completion of the course, participants earn a digital credential which they can share with their network on social media.
